Inserts look great (see picture)! I bought the grille's adhesive inserts a year ago, but my local brushed car wash last year scratched them (see pic). It's a small price for such a relatively cheap item compared to what I get at a car wash for a monthly service compared to other local car washes. In any case, be aware that the adhesive type is very difficult to remove because it gets stuck in there, and if you ever replace them due to fading or scratches, the inserts and leftover adhesive are quite difficult to remove have to. I like the clip in type because I can see the day I'll have to replace them again. Yes, you'll have to remove the grille, but it's so damn easy, all you need is a flathead screwdriver to pry out the plastic pins that hold the grille in place. You don't have to completely remove the grille from the jeep. You only need to remove the grill far enough to ensure the latches are fully engaged on the back of the grill. Seriously 15-20 minutes and you can complete the project. Make sure the longer end of the clip is down (see image). By the way, my original order had a short grid insert. I emailed Nina from customer service and she responded in less than a day. She sent a replacement set and I received it within a few days. Excellent customer service! Thank you Nina!
