Easy to clean, perfect weight for two burgers or a large steak.

The weight is also perfect for small hamburgers. It is easy to clean due to the grid lines instead of the mesh of some others. The handle is super comfortable. Follow the instructions for its maintenance. Simply soak the whole thing in water for a few minutes to soften the grill residue, then simply wash off the soap. If you have mineral oil, apply the oil to the surface. Cast iron does not usually rust, but it can leave marks. Dishwasher safe, but so easy to clean and use, you don't need to put it in the dishwasher. It's very well done.
