I ordered these for my carving set to try this brand. They work as they should in the hands of someone who understands that wood carving is not a power tool and that making a spoon, for example, takes some effort and time. However, these tools work great and are worth the money. I really like the knife, it's easy to keep sharp and was very sharp out of the box. The beaver handles appear to have a gap where the blade enters the handle, but this doesn't affect use. I smeared the gap with medium CA glue to fill it. I'm just picky. Looks more ready. I would recommend that these tools work as expected.
