Review on 👩 KitchenAid KFP0718CU Food Processor Review: 7 Cup, Contour Silver by Calvin Reynolds

I have always loved Kitchen Aid products and have used them for twenty years. When I saw this red one for sale I knew it had to be for my new kitchen. I gifted my white kitchen help to my daughter in law because her kitchen is white and it is still the same as the day I bought it 5 years ago. So when I received my package I was very excited UNTIL I opened the box! There was no packaging to protect the machine, no instruction manual, all very disappointing because. obviously it's a return. I thought I made a mistake and bought a restored car. So I washed the car and adjusted it. IT DID NOT WORK! I had everything lined up correctly so I tried a different socket, same result! So I checked my order and indeed bought a brand new unit and NOT a refurbished model. was i that angry I almost didn't order a replacement. I took a chance and contacted Revain and they actually sent a new one and UPS picked up the defective unit for free. Received the replacement today, now I'm so happy, the unit is brand new with everything, even packaged differently than the first and had the required booklets and warranty papers. This works great!
