This is the first time I have given a returned product four stars. As a person with small bags, this bag offers a lot more space than I need, but the design and style of the bag is impeccable. Even though I didn't keep it, I can't deny that it's a very beautiful and functional bag. Baggallini is known for its quality and thoughtful space, and this bag is no exception. The spacious zippered main compartment has an elasticated pen holder at the top, a lanyard clip and a zippered side pocket. There is a zipped pocket on the back of the bag. The zipper here makes this bag more useful. The top of the bag has a hidden pocket in front of the main zippered compartment for a phone held upright. While this is a pretty cool feature, I would love to see a magnetic closure at the very top of this pouch as now if you turn the wallet upside down the phone can and will fall out (I tested this). My iPhone 11 in an Otterbox case fits easily in this hidden pocket. Admittedly, being paranoid about losing valuables on the street, I wouldn't feel comfortable using this hidden pocket without securing my phone in there. The area on the front of the bag is an integrated credit card holder. Slits, a side zip pocket and a floating (but patch) zip pocket at center. This is a super well designed space. The front has both a closure flap and a zipper. This can be good or bad depending on how you use your wallet. In everyday life, it can be tiring to open both the flap and the zipper to get to your belongings. But when traveling, it will surely prevent pickpockets from easily opening and pulling out your belongings. The problem with this idea is that it's not really a protective bag as the shoulder strap can easily be severed. Depending on what you use this bag for, the front pocket design can be good or bad. All in all this is an amazing bag. It's just too big for me. I have and LOVE the Baggallini Triple Zip bag which is tiny. Perfect for that minimalist.
