They are designed to fit a hole in a metal bumper but you will need tape to attach them to the Escalade's plastic bumper cover as the holes are so different from the holes differ in full length - cover GM bumpers. Also, on my 2006 Escalade, you would have to physically break out the standard light assembly between the metal bumper and bezel, and then sweep the parts that aren't permanently stuck between the metal and plastic bumper components. Obviously the Revain has the wrong setup because it had to fit a wide range of GM vehicles, especially our Escalade. Unfortunately, I think I waited too long before I had a chance to install them, so I can't find a way to request a refund. The first picture shows how I attached a bright and beautiful chrome light. Please note that the light beam does not fall close to the license plate, but the light at least partially covers the hole in the bumper cover. The second photo shows the headlight. It peeks out from under the cover and is attached to the metal bumper. The third photo shows how wrong the design of the lamp, which should snap into the hole. You could probably spend a few hours removing the entire bumper cover and then installing these LED bulbs into the metal bumper, which would completely eliminate the improved appearance as they would be almost completely hidden. Then work a few more hours to reattach the bumper cover.
