The helmet itself (no mouthguard) is probably one of the most uncomfortable helmets I've ever worn. I even went to the manufacturer's website and measured my dome so I didn't have to play the second leg due to sizing issues. Looks good, but you know for sure it's there because the guts of the helmet warp your skull.
