When the item arrived it looked broken and worn. The first photos were with the airbags which I got from another package which I thought I could get it to work and reshape but I couldn't. The zipper is left in a notch on the faux leather and there is a real metal smell which I can't stand. I can't get rid of the smell or the dentures. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my little niece but to be honest it looks old and unattractive and it looks like it has been stored for so long that it was damaged by the pressure of something very strong being placed on it was damaged by it. They obviously didn't bother with the packaging otherwise they would have shipped it with something inside the box to keep it's shape but they don't and I can't give it away. It's ugly and literally looks used. This is really disappointing. Don't bother buying that junk. This is a waste of time and money. I will definitely come again. That's ridiculous.
