Review on π§ Enhance Communication Quality with Plantronics HW261N SupraPlus Wideband Binaural Headset by Abdul Jorge
I can hear others but they can't hear me
I bought this HW261N last week with a Plantronics Polaris Quick Disconnect headset cable (2719001). I can listen to others, but they can't hear me. Please confirm how I can solve this problem. I am using this headset with a CISCO IP 303 three line IP phone. I've already tried several CISCO IP 303 with this headset
