Great quality for party favors

Balls are not intended for indoor use, they are more suitable for outdoor play unless you are willing to go the extra mile to throw them. The balls are very strong and won't break like normal balls on hard surfaces. They take a few minutes to charge their glow, but it takes some time for it to stop. I charged one under the lamp for just over 3 minutes and glowed for over 1 hour.
