This is a great shoulder bag, a great backpack and if you are small this is a great shoulder bag. I'm almost 5'1" and I wear this bag mostly as a crossbody. It holds everything I need and can even keep my son's spill-proof mug cold with the insulated pocket. I couldn't recommend this bag more highly, especially for short people like me who can wear the bag 3 ways, when I wear a crossbody bag I like to have the straps as long as possible so someone a little taller than me might not have as much luck with their crossbody bag carries.
