These headphones are nothing but trouble, don't buy. For no apparent reason it just turned itself off after connecting. "Turn off" statement. So I tried a factory reset and now they still disconnect for no reason and after a factory reset they don't connect. A lot of money for nothing but trouble. I asked OXID for help 3 times but got no response. abominable! I was contacted by OXID support and they sent me new headphones very quickly. These headphones work very well and the problem of disconnecting without touching them is gone. They connected to my iPhone very quickly, the sound and volume is great. They are very comfortable to wear. It's very nice to have headphones that don't have a wire between parts. "It took a while to set up and pair the headphones, but the instructions are good and if you follow them carefully, it's easy. The nice thing is that once they connect to an iPhone via Bluetooth, they'll automatically connect the next time they're used. They are very small and fit well in the ear. It would be nice if they had a volume control, but then they would be bigger and possibly chunkier.
