Kicking myself for not buying them the FIRST time! I am knitting a blanket and a pattern led me to these hooks. But I figured I'd save some money and get the Susan Bates single. Bad mistake. So what I love about these bamboo crochet hooks: lightweight, won't snag (bamboo can sometimes I've heard), the cords are really strong and can be tightened further, the end cap is large and keeps everything on the hook. Cables, no problem with loops getting caught on the cable entry on the return journey! If you are doing something big this is a MUST. Otherwise, you'll be fighting and fighting with a crappy hook and cable forever. Others have also commented that they don't like the big hook heads but to be honest I've found them extremely useful for the Tunisian knitwear I make. Actually better than my usual crochet head style! 5 STARS REAL.
