This is Kiara Sky natural powder that uses all 4 steps. It's great and easy to use, it just takes a little practice and good filing because the material is solid but doesn't feel heavy at all. You can even put nail polish on it if you don't want to spend money on all those color dipping powders. I think this is a good buy and the seller sent it quickly.
