6 ft 1 in 250 lbs. Excellent Fit
I am writing this review because it is exactly the review I was looking for. I'm 6ft 1in 44in, 42in waist and 250lbs and this fits perfectly. Both of my teenage sons are into martial arts. I don't have room for a punching bag, so I became a punching bag. The 2 straps are adjustable, the top one is close to the chest (underside of the chin) and the bottom one is just above the groin area (I need a protective shell). The sides wrap around my hips and I have 100% mobility. The padding is very stiff so gloves may be required.
