Overall good experience with excellent Customer Service
I liked that they were very proactive about reaching out when there was an issue or question regarding my account setup/account management etc..
They always made themselves available via email as well if needed! Sometimes it would take awhile before someone responded but overall great service!! Not much really - just be patient sometimes you will get answers faster than expected :) Great customer support-friendly platform which allows me access anywhere anytime without needing internet connection (which can cause issues).
Pros
- Proactive approach to customers who could not log in
- Easy process for logging into accounts with new passwords & other information suchas mobile number, eMail addressetc..Greatly simplified password changing from old one
- Allows employees easy time off requests through HR portalEasy signup / login experienceGood security system
