My 20 month old 33 inch baby loved the 2Ts!
Bought for Disneyland and my 20 month old baby loves the 2T. He belongs to the larger group. However, this shirt suited him great and the raincoat lasted all day without even falling off during our trip to Disney. Got lots of compliments, oh and ah, as he "flew" from other guests in the park.
