Review on Redwood Healthcare Staffing Services by Eric Temple

We partnered with RHSS for over 5 years to manage our agency accounts to serve clients at HomeCare & Assisted Living facilities across the country. They provided us with excellent customer service, timely communications & always made it easy to connect during busy times! If only there was some way we could have utilized their HR expertise more - but that's just me being picky!! I wish they were able to offer an Employee Referral Program so that we could utilize their talent pool better. In all honesty we had NO problems until recently when one client decided not renew their contract, even though she was still receiving benefits from them! The decision resulted in her leaving without notice or explanation! This has left us scrambling to find another provider who will continue working w/their current workforce. It would be great if we could get a referral credit towards other positions within this organization. Benefits and compensation are fair, and we've found many new resources through our relationship with their team. Overall, I recommend them as your first choice! We are currently seeking referrals. I like that the staff is very friendly and professional. They are always willing to help and are very knowledgeable. I dislike that it is difficult to get a hold of someone. I wish that I could call them and get a hold of someone to assist me. I am able to get assistance when I need it. I am able to have someone help me with my medication. I am able to have someone assist me with my personal care.
