Review on Nokian Tires Nordman 7 205/55 R16 94T winter by Adam Wojtczuk ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Expectations were not met, average quality.

After four years of skating in Nokian hakkapeliitta 7, I made the switch to Nordman 7 this year. Since the tread patterns on both types of rubber appear to be identical at first glance, many retailers just refer to them as "rubber" and ignore the difference. Refuse to accept! Since there is a reference point for comparison, the rubber's unique composition is readily apparent upon touch. When compared to a 4-year-old Hakka, the Nordman has significantly less grip. From the first meters, it was obvious. The Nordman's spikes are more audible amid the background noise, it seems. For the life of me, I can't figure out why the mower didn't pony up for a set of 8 khaki Kia Rio 186/65 r15 tires.

Pros
  • Resistance to Wear Proper conduct in the snow
Cons
  • Extremely loud, especially on the ice. The icy grip isn't very good.
