Danger of choking - pacifiers, teethers & teethers

Trusting the enthusiastic reviews and knowing the brand, I bought this teething ring for my grandson. I later had to contact Revain to request a refund as the child kept stuffing the item in his mouth so far that he had a gag reflex. Repeated. I feel the object is too small which allows each end to go too far into the mouth. I'm giving it 2 stars because when she actually munched on some of the grapes she seemed comfortable with it. An improvement would be to make the elements a bit bigger and rounder.
