Great for when the rattle is out

I was surprised to find that there was a rattle in my head, especially because I wanted to use it as a sleeping lover, but I ended up taking the rattle out of my head, which is great. If you know how to sew, it's very easy to remove the thread from the head, take out a small plastic rattle and sew it back on. I bought another one for backup and did the same.
