I bought this to replace another bluetooth thermometer I use with my smoker. The 6 probes come in handy and the app is enough once you figure out how to set everything up. If you follow the instructions, everything is fine. I've used it for grilling and long smokes and my only concern is temperature accuracy, but to be honest the food has been great every time. I'm just amazed that I can have multiple gauges in inches (place three in a chestpiece to check accuracy) and that there was an 8-10 degree difference on ALL gauges. Probably not that big of a deal, based on the brisket was great, but at the same time the 8-10 degree difference is pretty big when you're trying to avoid drying out the meat on the grill/smoker. Despite all that, I like the thermometer, but I'm not sure I'll spend the money to buy it again.
