Lest you think this is a disgruntled review, I bought two sets on a flight from Zurich to Tampa (a stupid decision in itself), but I can give you a consistent one Result performance to give two different sets. These really slim, well designed, light weight, ear resistant, decent sounding and effective noise canceling in-ear headphones JUST DON'T WORK. If you agree that 95% of available sound comes from your right earbud, then you might like them. If you only want to get sound "at all" 70% of the time your Bluetooth connection is less than 2 feet away, then these headphones are for you. The good news is that you can reach 72% by tilting your head at a 95 degree angle to the left until your muscles lock into place. for a few seconds. TWO! Remember two separate pairs that cost me $350 and BOTH worked the same way. THESE BLUETOOTH EARPHONES ARE COMPLETE TRASH. It is impossible to try to return this garbage. There is no number to contact anyone. No contact email. Not even a benevolent "Give us your feedback." I think they'd rather hear it in Revain reviews and on social media. I even contacted the Edelweiss airline who sold this junk. No, there is no answer. If you decide to buy them, fine. much luck.
