Review on Video card GIGABYTE Radeon RX 6750 XT GAMING OC 12G (GV-R675XTGAMING OC-12GD), Retail by Wiktor Barczuk ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

No complaints, I recommend to buy.

I bought the card to replace the MSI RTX 2060 Super. I play 2K 165 Hz and video editing on a permanent basis. I was skeptical about RX. The card came in a cardboard box, everything is packed perfectly. Seller Lime. I can not write, because I chose a lot of time, where to buy. There was a seal on the video card. Now about the main thing: 1) When I first installed the driver (it is necessary to download from the official site), my display was cut down. Then it came. It is necessary to completely remove the Nvidia drivers using the utility (DDU), if manually it will not work. After an adequate removal, the installation went decorously. Now to the drivers. They are gorgeous! I have no idea what kind of people drive them, that they somehow work crookedly, reset settings, and so on. In the background, the application does not eat anything, it works perfectly and stably, after undervolting, all created presets are saved, including turntable settings. There are a LOT of settings that help you customize the video card completely for yourself. Who does not know how to set up - dial the AMD Andrenalin setting in YouTube, foreign videos. They lead by the nose in all settings. 2) The temperatures are awesome! In a case with 5 turntables, the temperature in the hot spot was 85-90 degrees without undervolting. The norm is up to 100 degrees, above that you can already be nervous about cooling. After Ander - the temperature in the load is 65-70. 3) You need a good bunch. I have a Ryzen 5 3600, an MSI b450 GPM, a KSAC 700W (bronze) block, and 64GB of HyperX Fury RAM on a 3200 in dual channel. In total, even in such a bundle, the card will give frame drops and a problem in the processor. The card is new, 2022 and the optimization is entirely aimed at 5600x and above. Ideally, take a new 5700x, which I did. If you have 3600 or lower, get ready for drawdowns. Also 16 GB of RAM and above (I use 64 for work). All the info is on foreign forums with tests and benches. I also had stutters and drawdowns, took 5700x, increased from 10 to 50 fps depending on the game. Flew only on the way! Outcome: The card is awesome! Took for 43K approximately. Completely satisfied with this upgrade!

Pros
  • 1) Powerful 2) 12 GB 3) Samsung Memory 4) There is a seal on the video card (on the package) 5) AMD drivers 6) Better than 6700 xt for sure. 7) A successful version from Gigabyte without significant flaws.
Cons
  • 1) The price could be a bit lower 2) The card is not Plug and Play. It needs to be "equipped" (undervolting, turntable settings, turning on Smart Access Memory is mandatory, setting FSR and display in Adrenaline, etc.). 3) Given the small weight - a bit sags. If the turntables are spinning more than 80%, the structure crackles a little, including the whistle of the chokes. Surprisingly, everything was decided by a stand for a video card for 400. 4) You need an adequate bundle - processor + video card + power supply + RAM. Otherwise, there will be stutters (freezes, low minimum fps, drawdowns, etc.). I'll tell you more below!

In general, the video card is good, but the whole impression is spoiled by temperatures.

A high-quality video card without frills and overpayments for unnecessary frills.
