They're always happy to share their experiences from working with other companies. We have worked closely together for many years now, so this has been an amazing experience! I've used them in my day job as well (as a consultant), but haven't had any complaints yet! My clients are looking for ways to increase online audience engagement through personalized audiences and content targeting. I like that it is easy to use, has great reviews from other clients, and was very affordable for what we needed. The software itself does not have many features so you need to be willing to pay more if you want something extra or different than what they offer. We are able to track our customers online purchases quite easily with this system. It also allows us to send out emails to customers who haven't logged in recently asking them to do so.
