The customer service is excellent! They have been very responsive when I've had questions about my account/subscription status etc., always via email rather than phone call (which isn't as helpful).
Very clear instructions how they want me using their platform - which makes it easy if there's any issues at all during setup time but also ensures everything works smoothly once up & running too :) Have used other platforms before so not sure what others may be like? If ease + clarity / understanding from initial contact through implementation = yes definitely go ahead otherwise look elsewhere!! Our team has benefited greatly since setting this system live across multiple sites within one organisation; tracking leads easily between clients' websites without duplication effort was previously difficult due to differing systems being utilised prior hereto.
