I have a 100+ lb malamute. He thinks this water bottle is "okay" and will drink out of it if he has no other options (like a nearby creek). I also, however, recently got a mini aussie puppy and he LOVES this water bottle! He really likes that the water drizzles down and always tries to lick right at the top of the water. One thing that I love is that I can drink out of it if I need to. I could unscrew it and drink water that hasn't been slobbered in by the dogs. It's easy to carry around and is an ideal solution for families who love to walk their dogs!
