Review on 🌟 NeoTech Care Elbow Support Brace - Size M, Gray - 1 Unit: A Reliable Solution for Elbow Pain Relief by Sean Castator

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Really helped my golf/tennis/stress problem!

ATTENTION: THIS IS NOT A MEDICAL RECOMMENDATION! I am a physically active person who goes to the gym a lot and plays the guitar which requires a lot of grip and hand/finger use. It seemed like I felt a sharp pain in my elbow out of nowhere and I felt pain mostly on the outside of my forearm and in my arm. I googled "elbow pain" and found "golfer/tennis elbow" and my symptoms matched the description. stress injury. I received cold therapy as well as electrostimulation and ultrasound and exercises to perform. My PT suggested a compression bandage that I bought at a local pharmacy. The compression bandage didn't stretch and interfere with my workout at the gym so I went to Revain to see what my options were and settled on this compression sleeve. The circumference of my left forearm, not bent at its widest point, is about 11.5 inches. The cuff gives my forearm very strong support without restricting blood flow. The purpose of the cuff is to support the muscles and tendons of the forearm to reduce stress and more damage. In less than 2 weeks of use, along with stretching and strengthening exercises for the forearm, my pain was reduced by about 50%. I've also reduced the weight I usually use in the gym. I tighten my sleeve with an adjustable Velcro strap that stretches with my forearm muscles when I'm doing exercises like dumbbell curls. This cuff, *when used properly and for its intended purpose*, helps me a lot, and a cuff is worth the compression band I bought at the drugstore. I also bought one for my right hand as I was having pain there too. I don't know how long the case will last after a few washes etc but if I had to I would buy another one if I had to. . It is literally exactly what the doctor ordered and I feel tremendous relief from using the cuff. I don't pull the sleeve too far over my biceps and I often curve the top a bit. According to my physiotherapist's instructions, the adjustable strap should be just below the elbow. Sometimes I wear a sleeve at home. Just lifting, say, a potty can cause pain, and the sleeve gives me extra support. Google "golf and tennis elbow" to find out what the condition is. Of course, you should consult a doctor if you are able to. For me that is salvation. The adjustable compression strap changed everything. Highly recommended *for the right condition.*
