Seeing Frosty explode every night is the highlight of my day and yes I've been told I have to live! Seriously, it couldn't be easier to set up. I just hired an electrician, two crane operators, three engineers and a partridge in a pear tree. Okay, all I really did was take it out of the box and plug it in. I fluffed it up a bit the first time, but that's probably my problem. It works on a timer, so every night it inflates, and when the timer goes off, it deflates. Very easy.
