I bought these because my 10ft cargo trailer sits a long time between uses. I bought new tires and didn't want them to dry out. The covers have a felt base and seem to fit my 15" tires well. They are easy to put on and take off. You just need a place to store them when the trailer is in use. My trailer is open so there's nowhere for me to get her on board. I haven't had them long enough to commend durability but they appear to be well made and hopefully they have used the right material for years of service.
