The brush fits exactly. The belt had a worn groove in the wood of my original brush. The metal ball for the magnetic sensor in this brush is not closed like in my original one. It's fine, but make sure the brushroll is installed properly so it doesn't come into contact with the cartridge. I didn't realize how worn my original roller was. I should have replaced it a long time ago.
