PROS: Plug in 6 screws and a couple of connectors and it's ready to plug in and add filament The touchscreen is lovely, easy to navigate and offers a decent amount of controls The price is right the printer. The auto level seems to work well and you can adjust the nozzle height on the fly using the touchscreen which is nice and remembered too. CONS: Came with a bent puller pull bolt, it's very flimsy and looks like it's aluminum, found his FB page and chatted to a rep who couldn't answer any questions, not even what interchangeable bits they use should, besides repeating the .4 I already knew. The physical length is longer than Creality and other printers I own. As for the bent adjustment screw, I was told someone would be in touch but this never happened, no emails. Had to adjust the wheel tension for the hot end head, they were so loose I could almost get the head off the rail. The print quality required so much tweaking in Cura to get anywhere near decent and believe me I'm not a newbie to 3D printing and fairly familiar with slicer settings and what they do, I've had issues with under-extrusion and severe ghosting. Under Extrusion I was able to cure something by figuring out by hand what it was physically extruding vs what I said and adjusting the electronic steps it helped but not fully cured, checked that the filament was not bound, played with the extruder Tension doesn't help, I think the extruder itself. I'm pretty sure the ghosting is because the base is plastic and the top crossbar is also plastic. Then they put the filament spool holder on top and the entire assembly shakes when printing, causing serious ghosting. Glass bed for printing. Well we all know the challenges if you are familiar with 3D printing. All the videos show it sticks that well lol and that's just not the case, I couldn't glue or deform anything even with tabs, edges etc. Needless to say I sent it back for a refund, especially after the company never returned contact about the bent screw.
