I really want to give this pillow 5 stars because at first I slept like a log but the quality of this particular pillow is poor. My roommate got a snoogle for her birthday. I tried it once and loved it, but thought why not save $20 and buy this one? The inside broke after one or two uses. It was in a case, so I kept using it because I didn't care about a small tear. I've been wearing this product for less than 2 months and the tear is so severe that the pillow is almost completely torn. My roommate Snugle is now almost a year old and has no cracks or visible signs of wear. This pillow I have is flat, torn and no longer supports like it should. I hate to say it, but spend the extra money and get a pillow that will last.
