Review on 🍳 TECHEF - Frittata and Omelette Pan, with New Teflon Select/Non-Stick Coating, PFOA Free - Purple by Michelle Amin

Just took the omelet pan out on my first foray on my 3 egg mix stovetop to see how it would work in making the omelet I want like. The instructions were good because I used medium fire rather than something more powerful. Although it took a little longer, the eggs were evenly cooked in the first step of double-boiling. The first step was to add some spinach (I made both sides because I love lots of spinach) and then some Mexican cheese on one side. I closed the lid, turned off the stove and left the pan on the still hot stove. After 2 minutes, while my toast was toasting, I opened the pan to enjoy the fluffy treat! Viola! It was so nice because I was hungry after my workout at the gym. I can't wait to use it again. A word of caution. A large frying pan. I made a version with 3 eggs (half on each side of the pan) and it worked. 2 may not be enough as the pages are thin. I suggest sharing the 4 egg version with your loved one and seeing how they smile, assuming you like the same ingredients.
