I am really surprised by this product. My hair was in half ponies all day and the scrunchies/headbands ALWAYS wrinkled my hair. I tried it out as soon as it was delivered and I wasn't disappointed. It easily straightened my thick, unruly and damaged hair at 420 degrees. Made it shinier than if I just used a hair product and a flat iron at 450 degrees. With this product I didn't even think I would have to be 420 how easy it is to straighten my hair. I think it helps that the brush separates the hair so it's easier to straighten the strands. The only thing I would like to say about this product is that you absolutely must pre-comb your hair before using it. I mean it should be obvious but I just checked it out of curiosity. Ha ha. 5/5 stars.
