Over the knee, not thigh high
The fabric is ok, the same as any other sock. They roll down a bit but not too much. I wouldn't say I'm fluffy, but I have strong legs, and they fit fine. Pro tip, if you turn the navy blue socks inside out and trim some of the extra threads, you'll have black socks with white stripes.
