Review on Soffe Girls Victory Crop X Large by Scott Rangel

I finally returned them because the waist was too big for my daughter. She is 8.5 and maybe below average. She didn't care about the big crease at the waist. She tried the medium size based on the size chart. They were too scary and baggy. 4 stars because they are well made, cute and soft. I'm updating my rating because I bought the XL for myself and I love it. The pockets are too small for my phone or other real purpose. I wear them around the house. I'm 4'11, 115-118 lbs, bubble butt, 23" inseam. They are flattering and very soft. Doesn't shrink after a few washes - I'll update when they come out.
