Died after 4.5 months

I liked this when it ran on my 2018 MacBook Pro. I have a dual 4k display powered by 2 HDMI ports in enhanced mode, USB ports for camera and external mouse/keyboard, 3.5mm for audio, ethernet, and my MacBook USB-C charger . It was the perfect way to quickly connect and work locally, or switch off and take your MacBook with you. I did notice the dock getting a bit warm but I never had a problem with it until it suddenly died a few days ago. less than 4 ½ months after purchase. I have not yet received a response from the company or heard from anyone else experiencing this issue. This would be a great product if it lasted longer.

Pros

Strong compatibility and fast SD card reader. SDXC and Micro SD card slots provide superior storage versatility and high transfer speeds (SD/TF can be used simultaneously). Compatible with Mac OS, speed up to 104 Mb/s depending on card quality.
