I use an A/B switch in my home office to switch my keyboard, mouse and wired headset between work and personal laptops. When my old one stopped working reliably, I bought this newer plugable model. I haven't worked from home that much so it took me a few months to set up a new one. But when COVID-19 lockdown restrictions in my area meant I had to work from home again, I quickly discovered that one of the two ports on the new A/B switch had failed. I contacted Plugable Support via email and received a very quick response. After I answered just a few questions they sent a replacement directly from Revain. Their technical support team is based in the Seattle area and also worked remotely due to COVID-19 restrictions, and yet they took care of my issue with minimal effort for me. We thank them very much for that. In addition to the excellent warranty support, the device is easy to connect and even easier to use. It works great with my Plantronics mouse, keyboard and wired headset. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with this device and I can only recommend it.
