Best taste I've found. Comes sharp and usable from the factory. (Unfortunately, that's not the case with some other popular brands.) It's light in the hand and you can remove long strands of the shell if needed. The tool's only downside is the channel knife, which is fairly sharp but quite difficult to keep at the right angle to get a nice peel strip. To do this, the instrument must be held almost perpendicular to the fetus. Tends to dig up small pieces if not used with great skill. Other gutter knife designs that have the flat edge against the fruit work better. Get one of these if you need to carve citrus strudel. Use it for punch lines.
