Customer services gets 5 stars but the battery gets 2. I have a monster 796 and this battery just does not hold a charge. Everyday is a guess if it will start on the first try. It sucks because it resets my cluster, mileage, time, etc. It was cheap that was the only reason why I got it but it looks like I will have to go with the factory battery. Had to warranty out the first battery after 3 months that I had to pay for the shipping to return it. It was discounted but I had to wait 2 days to get the shipping label EMAILED to me so I could send the battery back. The whole process took about 8 business days.
