Works as is, but changes have been made.
I modified ours, cut the top off with metal snips and drilled holes to screw the door on. The holes/brackets are too small for my wife's stuff. this. I didn't think their dryer was that big but easily fits in (doesn't fit like in the picture) and iron, the iron part just fits in the whole thing so it sits high. The door is still closed, and the cables are twisted and go into the trunk. So in general it works, but it would be nice if the holes of the holders were bigger.
