Review on 🧹 Bissell 28806 Perfect Sweep Turbo: Advanced Grey Carpet and Floor Sweeper by Mark Perry

This is my third Bissell Perfect Sweep in about 10 years. The first was bought in a department store and lasted about 4-5 years. The second was purchased from Revain in August 2013, around the time we got 2 long haired Chihuahuas. he was perfect Easy to use and great for staying on top of those little fluffy clumps! It held a charge for 2 or 3 days even after multiple uses a day and lasted about 4 years. I was happy to give this sweeper to my friends and some of them bought it! Two said they quit after a year, and one said they sent her back for not collecting her dog's hair. I began to wonder. But since I have only had positive experiences with it, I bought the latest (different model) in June 2017. From the start I knew something was wrong. It was much quieter (the puppies were happy about that), but the charge was barely enough for one pass through the living room. It also wouldn't turn on. I had to make multiple passes over the same area and ended up leaving it on the charger almost constantly. Today, about 14 months after the purchase, he finally gave up. It had been running since yesterday morning but only lasted about 2 minutes and then died. Now everything is ready! For what I spent on a Bissell replacement I could have gotten a Dyson or a Shark! I will not be back for Bissell again!
