Review on Optimized Search: Identiv USB SmartFold Type A SCR3500A by Angel Bright

Received this just a month before the COVID-19 home working rule came into force for me. I bought this and another brand because they both looked like they would work, but I wanted to compare them to the one my friend was using (and they were both cheap!). My PIV card is a standard federal card; Maps I've seen issued by other agencies and DOE labs appear to be the same (or at least very similar). I use my PIV for authentication to access government applications, digitally sign documents and emails, etc. Although my work laptop has a built-in card reader, I occasionally use my own portable devices (Surface Access, personal laptop) to verify and working with email and taking care of the little things. Use either this PIV card reader or the multi-factor app on my phone. I find these card readers to be the preferred ones. When I first used one of them it looked like they might not be compatible with my card but I guess they just had to load the right driver or something because the second time I tried it just worked all! Very happy with this (and other) portable card reader!
