Product does not fully adhere
The product appears to be of good quality overall. I had a grip problem on a corner. 1st round of customer service was great. Defect photographed, replacement sent. The same problem occurred again. A representative told me to return the item even though I took photos. Wasn't happy with this conversation but the previous rep I spoke to helped and on the 3rd round they just fixed a problematic corner to prevent the opposite corner from getting stuck. So far I'm not happy with the sticking issue from the last install. The problem is small enough not to request it again. I bought another phone product from them and it installed perfectly with no issues.
