Women wearing from M to L. I bought the men's S because all women's track tops are pink, pastel, and black. Burgundy is a beautiful shade of brown. Yes the sleeves are long but I use mine for running so it was nice to cover my arms when it's cold. I was able to roll up my sleeves as soon as I started and it didn't bother me at all. I got it at an incredible price on Black Friday and I probably wouldn't have bought it at full price. The quality is similar to the $8 Wally World mesh training top. I'm sure the velcro on the jacket will ruin it and it will easily snag, but I don't care because the shirt is for training.
