Review on COVERGIRL Exhibitionist Liquid Glitter Eyeshadow: Flashing Lights by Angela Stephenson

I love a good liquid eyeshadow and I read a review about it in a magazine and thought I'd order 1 shade to see how I like it . I bought the Gilty Party shade and it's a beautiful shimmering gold shade with a nice depth of colour. I've found that if I don't rub the applicator inside the bottle when I take it out I get too much product on it. This is a beautiful shade, but there are others that are just as beautiful but have far fewer problems. You really have to apply this very carefully and make sure you only apply a thin layer, I apply first along the lash line and then to the crease. Even with a small amount, drying will still give you shiny drops. After application I blend the edges with my finger, it just doesn't look right if you use powder eyeshadow on the crease. If you open your eyes before it's completely dry. By the time you've applied the rest of the eye makeup, it's worn off all over the eyelid. When this happened I used my finger to apply more and let it dry. Although it has a fairly finished look, I don't think I'll be buying any more shades. When it's better not to spend more time fighting all the shine and fading of the face. In the 2nd photo you can see quite a bit of fading and that was 2 hours after application. Not bad if you're on a budget otherwise they need to improve their formula for me to recommend.
