I like that it has easy to use dashboard which allows us to see our data analytics without having technical skills required. It's also very good at handling multiple clients with different needs. Sometimes we have issues when using this software but they always respond promptly and fix them within an hour or so of reporting. The price can be quite expensive if you're looking for something cheap than other similar softwares available online. We've been solving problems related to customer retention by creating better experiences through digital channels.
