Review on 🐾 Sturdi Products Bag Pet Carrier: A Durable and Stylish Solution for Traveling with Pets by Jenny Oster

We have 2 Chihuahuas, just under 7 pounds and 6 pounds. We were about to fly south west and were told that the space under the seats had changed and that the small hard box we used last time was not suitable. I decided to try this bag as it is made to put the dogs in it and not crush them. I would call it a small tent. Strong wires run the full length and width of the pouch so you can press on it, but it still holds its shape. Getting to the cables is a bit tricky, but we managed without too much trouble. There are a few areas in the bag where you can close the tarpaulin so dogs can't see outside and no one can see in, but they fold back and Velcro to keep the screen open. The bottom of the bag has a rigid panel that zips into a separate pocket at the bottom of the bag. That means you can technically take it out of your pocket and the dogs won't run away. It comes with a fleece-lined memory foam pad that attaches with Velcro to the bottom of the bag to keep it in place when dogs move around. It comes with a small clip that you can thread through both zippers in case you have a cat who can figure out how to unzip the zipper from the inside. The bag has hand straps and a detachable, padded 4-point shoulder strap. It has straps through which you can thread the seat belt while riding in a car. This large bag has ENOUGH space for our two small dogs. They could easily lie next to each other and on the long haul had plenty of extra room to turn around and curl up. There is a door at the end of the bag and one on top of the bag. We were very satisfied! The attached photo shows the bag fitting perfectly under the seat on a Southwest flight. You can also see that we opened one of the top two windows so the dogs can watch us fly. Featured!
