This is a beautifully feminine bed skirt that is well made for the most part. I want the bottom of the top mesh to be hemmed. However, the biggest problem is that it is 57 inches wide and not 54 inches (the width of a full bed) as stated in the description. I would be happy if it fits right. I had to pull it up on both sides and make a fold on the top fabric so the skirt lay flat on the floor. We all know this is not a good solution as the mattress moves every time the sheets are changed or when the kids jump on the bed and the crease in the bed skirt puckers making the hemline uneven. Sigh. If I have the strength I will take the skirt off and sew on a shortening pleat as a permanent fix. And that, my friends, is torture for this grandmother who hates darning.
